...is the number of regional cheeses, fortunately a considerable cheese culture has developed in our region. This produces a large, individual variety of cheeses that are not inferior in quality and flavor to famous examples.
We would like to convince you in our cheese and wine tasting that this restriction to our local cheese culture is not accompanied by a restriction in taste, but on the contrary, is good for some surprises.
