Regional hiking routes
A variety of regional hiking routes traverse Bitburger Land.
The hiking trails in the Naturpark Südeifel were created together with the local communities and form the landscape highlights of the respective communities. They are marked with a red figure on a white background, and the holly is marked as a logo.
The EifelBahnSteig is a GPS-only path that is unmarked and can only be used with a GPS device. Each leg begins at a train station and ends at the next station. You can get back to the starting point in just a few minutes using the Eifelbahn railway.
The Nordic walking routes in Bitburger Land are also good for hiking tours. From the individual starting points, each of the three routes branch off with different lengths and lead you through the forests of Bitburger Land.
The overview maps and GPX tracks for the individual routes can be downloaded here.
