The Bitburger Land region is a paradise for hikers. The variety of landscapes that come together here in a very small area is enormous. Sometimes you hike across vast plateaus or along idyllic river valleys, then over ridges or through deep gorges. A central component of this unique natural landscape is the Südeifel Nature Park, part of the first cross-border nature park in Europe, the German-Luxembourg Nature Park.
The traditional orchards and vast grain fields of the Southern Eifel already give an idea of the culinary delights these landscapes produce. The dreamlike scenery is interspersed with deep green forests that provide pleasant shade in summer and whose secrets can be explored on winding forest paths.
