Fruit is not just for eating. You can learn that on a tour of one of the 200 schnapps distilleries in the southern Eifel!
An expert reveals the secret of Eifel brandies - on a guided tour of the distillery. After the bottling room, where the alcohol is reduced to drinking strength, you enter the cosy tasting room. Here you can taste the high-percentage water and enjoy typical Eifel dishes.
