The start of the merry month in Bitburg will soon see the first open-air events with the traditional May Day celebrations. Together with numerous associations, the town of Bitburg invites the whole population to a lively celebration for young and old in the beautiful garden of Haus Beda on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 6:00 pm. This year's May Day celebration will once again feature a great music and dance program.

The beginning of the merry month is traditionally celebrated in Bitburg with the raising of the maypoles and colorful festivities. The garden of Haus Beda has provided a particularly beautiful setting for the event for many years. People like to meet here to enjoy music, fun and entertainment. After the musical prelude, Mayor Joachim Kandels welcomes the guests and gets them in the mood for the party.

Hopefully pleasant weather, a colorful program and the cozy atmosphere in the greenery will ensure a successful celebration to welcome the most beautiful month of spring.
