This tour was created on the occasion of the TV hiking day (Trierischer Volksfreund) in Malberg.
This hike is a pure GPS tour, the route is not signposted.

The hike starts at the community hall in Malberg. Parking is available there. We walk past the playground and sports field and cross the Kyll. After the bridge, we turn right, past the "Tell-Platz" square. The path leads quite steeply uphill. We turn left and after a short time reach the "MALbergER-Winkel". From there, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Malberg Castle. We continue the hike over the "Taubenberg". At the end of the forest path, we reach "Wilsecker Straße", where we turn left. We continue the hike via the campsite in Kyllburg. A bridge leads us over the Kyll again. We follow the path to the right, through the "Hahn" forest nature trail and then reach the Hochstraße in Kyllburg. We turn right and reach Malberger Straße, which we follow to the left. Below the pharmacy, we take the path on the left and cross the Kyll again over a bridge. Through the Kyll valley, which offers a wonderful view of Malberg Castle, we reach the community hall again.
