Wolfgang Niedecken - Zwischen Start und Ziel
Nov 26, 2025
Bitburg
The DYLANREISE, which Wolfgang Niedecken has been on for three years alongside his band activities, is slowly coming to its end after more than 100 performances. However, since the 73-year-old BAP frontman can't really sit still, he has been working for some time with his pianist Mike Herting on another solo program.
Once again, it will be a mix of reading and concert. This time, however, it will be exclusively autobiographical songs from Niedecken's vast repertoire, accompanied by readings of corresponding passages from his various books. A look behind the scenes of songs like “All die Aureblecke,” “Maat et joot,” “Dir allein,” “Für Maria,”
“Jraaduss,” and “Verdamp lang her.” And since Niedecken has never been one to shy away from laughter, one can expect an extremely entertaining concert evening.
ZWISCHEN START & ZIEL will be the name of the new program. Songs and stories from an eventful life. A preliminary assessment as we turn into the home stretch.
