Red wine run of the Eifel runners

Start: between 6.30 pm and 7.15 pm for walkers and from 8 pm for runners

The Bitburg Red Wine Run combines two very enjoyable activities: Casual running and drinking a little red wine with relish! The Red Wine Run was created to combine these two activities. An event that is celebrating its sixth anniversary this year. Three routes between 4.4 km and 8.7 km are on offer. The routes take participants from the Stadion Ost in Bitburg on a circular route towards Matzen. They can be run, walked or hiked. Eight different refreshment stations are set up along the routes, which are stocked with water and a good red wine.
You can try the red wines at these stations, but you don't have to. We look forward to welcoming every participant! The wines will be served in tasting glasses (max. 2/person). The participant can rate the red wine and later - after the tour - drink it again in a cozy round and in the right glass.

Registration and information can be found at www.eifellauf.de Each participant receives a wristband. The participation fee for the event is €15 in advance and €17 at the box office. This includes 2 vouchers which can be redeemed at the finish for a bratwurst or grilled cheese and a bowl of cheese with baguette.

You can then drink your favorite wine in a relaxed atmosphere in the stadium.
