Maxim Wartenberg, the children's songwriter with the iconic cowhide trousers, is back! Together with his two fellow musicians Tim Schöne, the best and messiest drummer in the world, and Jens "Hyper, Hyper" Niemann, the likeable children's music pirate known from ZDF/KIKA will rock the main stage of the Bitburg Folklore Festival. The likeable children's music pirate has already thrilled audiences with his rousing songs in 2023 and will be capturing the hearts of his young and old fans again in 2025!

Singer and songwriter Maxim Wartenberg has been giving family concerts with his band since 2002. Maxim masters several instruments: piano, drums, various wind instruments and guitar. With his own music publishing company, he produces music CDs and audio books, e.g. the well-known "Ritter Vincelot" series.
