Each guest is served a plate with a small portion of meat. Each type of meat (5 rounds) will be accompanied by two matching beers, after which a buffet will be served.

After the tasting, a buffet with all types of meat is presented. This is accompanied by guacamole, beef BBQ sauce, eggbac sauce, apple curry dip, andalouse sauce, studdy sauce, aioli, chips, fried potatoes and a salad buffet.
