At 60 to 70 degrees Celsius, we would like to introduce 3-8 year old children to the sauna together with their parents in a playful way. As with adults, regular sauna sessions also reduce the susceptibility of small children to infectious diseases. The immune system is strengthened and circulation and metabolism are stimulated.
