The route starts at the information point in Kyllburg (Marktplatz 8). The path leads over a bridge into the idyllic Kyll valley. After a short while, a beautiful view of the baroque castle in Malberg opens up. As the name suggests, you reach the castle complex via Schlosstraße. A public guided tour of the castle is offered on Saturdays (end of March to end of October) at 2.30 pm. The gardens are freely accessible on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays (11 am - 6 pm) from May 1 to the end of October. The route leads to a vantage point with a panoramic view of the castle. Back in the town center, you first have to overcome an incline until you reach the Kyllburg Marian Column. From there you can enjoy a magnificent view. The path leads through Hochstraße to the tourist information office.
