Circular walk in Idenheim

This hike leads along farm tracks through the countryside around Idenheim. Start from the village square (parking at Gasthaus Ewen, Hauptstraße 2).

Route description

Follow Raiffeisenstraße in the direction of Meckel, turn left at the Borne estate until you reach a gravel farm track. Follow this path around to the right and leave the path at the next possibility on the left (Ritschbornheck). After leaving the Großbüsch, follow the unpaved steep field path in the direction of "Auf Beilenholz". There is a beautiful view there. Follow the path around to the right towards the village. Shortly before reaching Raiffeisenstraße (K29), turn right downhill back to the "Engelskurve".
