Nordic walking in the Bitburger Land

There are three Nordic Walking Fitness Parks in the Bitburger Land region. They are located at the Bitburg reservoir in Biersdorf am See, in Speicher and in the Bitburg-Gondorf area.

The three routes of each park are approximately 4-6 km, 9-11 km and 14-18 km long. They are named after the respective sponsor.

The signposting is divided by color:

blue = short route
red = medium route
black = long route

At the starting point, there is a large sign giving an overview of the course and the basic movements of Nordic walking.

Of course, the routes are also suitable for walks through the Eifel landscape.

The circular route is tarred on one section, the rest of the way is natural. It is possible to use a wheelchair from the kiosk to the dam wall, along the Dorint Hotel. This route is the smallest of the 3 Nordic Walking trails at the Bitburg reservoir and leads once around the Bitburg reservoir.
