The flutist Tatjana Ruhland has been one of the most distinguished representatives of her instrument since her debut at Carnegie Hall in New York. The award-winning musician at several international competitions gives master classes in Europe, Japan, and the USA. She serves as a juror for international competitions in Germany and Japan. She performs as a soloist and as a guest with prominent orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, and the Bavarian State Orchestra, both nationally and internationally, and regularly collaborates with the great conductors of our time, including Herbert Blomstedt, Gustavo Dudamel, Christoph Eschenbach, and Kirill Petrenko. Since the year 2000, she has been the solo flutist with the SWR Symphony Orchestra. Ronith Mues completed her harp studies at the Hochschule für Musik Hannes Eisler Berlin and subsequently earned her concert exam at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. As a soloist and with her ensembles, she performs nationally and internationally, including at the Ludwigsburg Castle Festival, the Rheingau Music Festival, the Mozart Festival "Mozartiana" in Gdansk, and at the Lucerne Festival. Since 2007, Ronith Mues has been the solo harpist of the Konzerthausorchester Berlin and has been a professor at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim since 2015.
