Comedy mit Christoph Maria Herbst & Moritz Netenjakob

The program "The Serious Endeavor for Foolishness" is presented at the Bitburg City Hall Two humor workers read their favorite satires and chat

One belongs to the most popular movie stars, the other has written his most successful film: "Extrawurst." And both have even more in common: They love fine satire, quick role changes, and Loriot.

On this exclusive evening, they will not only chat about their passion for intelligent humor – they will also provide the audience with plenty of samples of the satirical writing culture: Whether it's sketches by a certain Vicco von Bülow or an apology letter that Herbst wrote to his religion teacher as a student; whether it's sarcastic texts from Netenjakob's pen or live excerpts from Herbst's favorite audiobooks; whether it's Netenjakob's wildest tour experiences or Herbst's favorite quotes from the cult series "Stromberg."

When the most successful audiobook narrator in Germany (Herbst) joins a "gifted parodist" (Kölner Rundschau about Netenjakob) at the microphones, a variety of voices and shades of humor can be expected, which is certainly unique in this combination. "Firework of skilled humor – ruthlessly biting and good" (Aachener Zeitung) "If there were a Bundesliga of comic duos, Christoph Maria Herbst and Moritz Netenjakob would lead the table by a wide margin." (Bonner Generalanzeiger)
