In 1345, King John of Bohemia gave his citizens the right to surround their village of Dudeldorf with a town wall. Already 200 years ago, in 1794, the landowner Jacob Gohs was mentioned in a document as an "innkeeper and landlord". His granddaughter married the brewer and merchant Josef Servetius in 1836. The "Gohs" house, as the hotel is still popularly known today, was a hub of village life. The mail coachmen of the von Thurn und Taxis family stayed there on their way from Vienna to Brussels. The hotel's own brewery, where an ancestor of the Bitburger Simon family learned his trade, supplied the surrounding inns. Alois Servatius laid the foundation stone for the hotel in its current form in 1954. Anita and Marc van Oest took over the hotel in 2006. After a few minor renovations and redesigns of the restaurant, without destroying the traditional atmosphere, the brewery will reopen its doors at the end of April. We want to give our guests the conviviality and security of a romantic, rapturous time to find themselves again. A part of nearby France has remained alive here, carefully integrated into the present. The Brauhaus, a hotel-restaurant for all those who appreciate a special atmosphere in the province. The 15 bright guest rooms have been individually designed and guests do not have to do without modern comforts.

Welcome to the Maria Vacation Rental! A modern and elegant vacation rental (with a large and pleasant terrace), newly furnished with great care. The apartment is located in Bitburg Stahl, and the city center is just a 15-minute walk away. The countryside and cultural attractions around Stahl have plenty to offer: the German-Luxembourg Nature Park, with its impressive rock formations, invites you to relax and explore. The Eifelpark Gondorf, the Bitburger Marken Adventure World, and the impressive Roman ruins delight tourists and locals alike. The city of Trier, Germany’s oldest city, is just a 30-minute drive away. The border with Luxembourg is about 28 km away and is also worth a visit. The apartment is located on the upper floor and has a total area of 76 square meters. It features a large bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed, a cozy living room with air conditioning,  a smart TV, a couch (which can be used as a sleeper sofa for one guest), a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle.  The vacation rental is also equipped with a washing machine. The bathroom—which is, of course, also new—features a large, walk-in shower, a mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire apartment is heated comfortably using heat pump technology in combination with underfloor heating in some rooms.  You can go cycling nearby. Pets are not allowed in the Maria vacation rental. You’ll receive a free parking space and Wi-Fi with your stay. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If you have WhatsApp, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions—including the code for the key safe—one day before your arrival. This allows you to arrive between 3:00 PM and midnight. The approx. 12 km long circular hiking trail of the Southern Eifel Nature Park connects the OG Rittersdorf, Hermesdorf and Wiersdorf with each other. The trail leads across plateaus and the Bitburger Gutland.
