Welcome to the Maria Vacation Rental! A modern and elegant vacation rental (with a large and pleasant terrace), newly furnished with great care. The apartment is located in Bitburg Stahl, and the city center is just a 15-minute walk away. The countryside and cultural attractions around Stahl have plenty to offer: the German-Luxembourg Nature Park, with its impressive rock formations, invites you to relax and explore. The Eifelpark Gondorf, the Bitburger Marken Adventure World, and the impressive Roman ruins delight tourists and locals alike. The city of Trier, Germany’s oldest city, is just a 30-minute drive away. The border with Luxembourg is about 28 km away and is also worth a visit. The apartment is located on the upper floor and has a total area of 76 square meters. It features a large bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed, a cozy living room with air conditioning,  a smart TV, a couch (which can be used as a sleeper sofa for one guest), a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle.  The vacation rental is also equipped with a washing machine. The bathroom—which is, of course, also new—features a large, walk-in shower, a mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire apartment is heated comfortably using heat pump technology in combination with underfloor heating in some rooms.  You can go cycling nearby. Pets are not allowed in the Maria vacation rental. You’ll receive a free parking space and Wi-Fi with your stay. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If you have WhatsApp, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions—including the code for the key safe—one day before your arrival. This allows you to arrive between 3:00 PM and midnight. Lot 54 is a multi-storey residential building that has been tastefully refurbished and renovated in an exclusive style. There are currently 2 large vacation apartments, a large parking lot and a very large playground behind the house. Unfortunately, this is currently only 100m down the road. The meadow is perfect for barbecues and chilling out and is located next to a small stream.
