: Experience the number one draft beer brand with all your senses at the Bitburger Erlebniswelt.

Even though the actual brewery gradually moved to the outskirts of Bitburg in the 1980s, Bitburger remains present in the heart of the city to this day. The original brewery building, whose foundation walls date back to the mid-19th century, now houses the Bitburger Erlebniswelt across 1,700 square meters.
On a guided tour, visitors discover how Germany’s number one draft beer is made. In addition to the company’s historical development and the Bitburger brewing tradition, the raw materials, brewing process, and bottling are vividly presented. In short videos, employees introduce the individual steps of the process, conveying the care and passion with which they brew Bitburger beers. Guests can then see the results—the high quality and unique taste—for themselves in the Bit-Lounge, the former boiler house. Upon request, customized tours via iPad are also available for small groups.

Admission costs 9 euros for adults. Teenagers, students, and apprentices receive a discount. Children under 12 enter free of charge.
The admission fee includes the approximately one-hour guided tour, as well as two complimentary drinks and a pretzel stick in the Bit-Lounge. With our Gastro PLUS Ticket (€3.00), you’ll receive two additional complimentary drinks at our dining partners in Bitburg.
