With "optionally," William Wahl presents his third program.

His election songs not only resonate live in sold-out venues across Germany but have also been heard millions of times on the internet. If his wordplays reliably evoke bursts of laughter, it is the very special blend of poetry and comedy that allows him to master the keyboard of the circle.

Bittersweetly evil are his piano songs, and in them he maintains a loving outlook on life despite his very keen observations of human weaknesses. He shows us, not least in his song "Accidentally Consensual," that we might still get it right with love. After all. Or to put it in his words: The other side of the coin is also made of gold.
