The schnapps distillery at the Hannenhof gives you an insight into the world of making brandies and liqueurs. The Theisen family will show you around the distillery and let you in on the secrets of the Eifel art of distilling. Only the best tree-ripened fruit varieties from the Eifel region are used for the schnapps specialties. More than a hundred years of distillery experience, combined with state-of-the-art technology, make the Hannenhof schnapps into incomparable specialties.

In addition to the distillery tour, 20 brandies and liqueurs will be tasted. This is accompanied by lard bread and miner's whale water.
