Fruit is not just for eating. It is also needed to produce the delicious Eifel schnapps and brandies. Matthias Schmalen will show you around his distillery and tell you interesting facts about the production of his schnapps. The tour is followed by a tasting of 10 different brandies and liqueurs. Lard sandwiches will be served.
