After the great success of the last tour, all children, parents and grandparents can look forward to a continuation of the new Christmas musical Scrooge. The family musical by Christian Berg & Michael Schanze, newly staged and produced by Whynot-Events, will be performed again in the Greater Region from November 2020. Outstanding artists, Christmassy & atmospheric songs and an impressive backdrop will transport the visitors into a touching fairy tale world. The story is based on Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Story", a classic of world literature, which was first published in December 1843 with illustrations by John Leech Ebenezer Scrooge, a rich but stingy old man, has nothing for the upcoming Christmas. As every year, he refuses his nephew's invitation, insults his loyal employee, and refuses to see fit to donate some money to the poor. In the night before Christmas, three ghosts appear to him and carry him off into the past, to this year's Christmas of his employee, and finally into his future, which will be anything but rosy if he continues to live as he does now. The tower clock strikes midnight. And Ebenezer Scrooge changes from a miser to a compassionate philanthropist. Experience real family entertainment with the eyes of a child shining.
